	Replaced old version control systems with CVS sources repo.

	Fixed build and db update bugs that caused files to save in the
	wrong places.

	Re-added gender options with the current midpoint as a neutral
	default.

	Renamed gnutrition-gtk to gnutrition-gui.


(Pre-CVS ChangeLog entries have been moved to ChangeLog.OLD)
